House by the forest

Location: Lány, Czech Republic

“In the context of wild reconstructions of the surrounding buildings, we wanted to draw attention to the beautiful "house-shaped" form of the object. The basic material was worked only on the level of modifications of the internal layout and window openings. We used the residential attic in the existing volume, with lighting only in the plane of the roof. The only extension was a new wooden porch / summer entrance, attached to the garden facade."
