House in brick garden

Location: Prušánky, Czech Republic

“The urban design is very similar to the original, with the only difference: the new house is separated from the old. This achieves a pure division of the old and the new. The use of a flat roof minimizes the final volume of the building, which looks elegant in a small space. The facade of the house thus evokes another wall, which then defines the shape of the courtyard and is reflected in the tiles. The floor plan of the house itself is solved simply and functionally.”
