Location: Prague, Czech Republic
“The villa was built in 1936 following the design of architect Vladimír Grégr, a prominent Czech architect and grandson of a well-known journalist and politician. It is a villa in a functionalist style with distinctive rustic elements, including conical perimeter walls, rough scratched plaster and wood paneling. The modifications consist in cleaning the house from insensitive intervensions from the 80's and highlighting unique spaces and architectural details, adaptation to current living standards while fully respecting the original character of the house”
