“The first avocado restaurant in Prague, Avocado Gang, was established on the ground floor of a corner apartment building on Lyčkův náměstí in Prague – Karlín. The simple longitudinal space of the restaurant offers a 9,3m long table with 22 seats in its center and other seats along the walls. The open kitchen allows each guest to confirm the freshness of their brunch. The colorful colors of the table are derived from the distinctive colors of avocado and the dishes prepared from it. “Non-colors” in the gray scale are the background of colorful objects – be they the table, the chairs around it or – and above all – the dishes served here. “
